Data controller
Nathan Chesnais, sole trader operating under the business name NSC Strategy, 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, is the controller of the data processing carried out from this site. Contact: nathan.chesnais@nscstrategy.com
Data collected
The contact form collects your name, your company, your role, your work email address, the markets you are considering and the content of your message. These fields are necessary to handle your request for a meeting.
The server also records your IP address and the time of submission. This technical data is used solely to limit automated submissions, to five messages per hour per address. It is not used for any other purpose.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to answer your request and to prepare a possible commercial discussion. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of NSC Strategy in responding to enquiries received, together with pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Retention period
Enquiries that do not proceed are kept for three years from the last contact, the period recommended by the CNIL for commercial prospecting, then deleted. Data relating to an engagement is kept in line with the applicable accounting and contractual obligations, that is ten years for accounting records.
Recipients
The data is processed by NSC Strategy. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Three providers are involved in hosting or delivering it:
- Hostinger International Limited hosts the site, on servers located in France. A copy of each enquiry is recorded there in a backup log, placed outside the web root and unreachable from the internet.
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) relays the content of the form to the practice’s mailbox. This service publishes neither its legal entity nor the location of its servers: a transfer outside the European Union cannot be ruled out.
- Google hosts the mailbox for the nscstrategy.com domain, to which the message is delivered.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise it, write to nathan.chesnais@nscstrategy.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. It stores a single technical preference in your browser’s local storage, and only if you explicitly ask for animations through the ?animations=1 parameter. That preference contains no personal data and never leaves your browser. If a statistics tool is added later, a consent banner will be put in place and this page will be updated.
